Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to book an appointment. It will be applied to your service. Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling and the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. Cancellations after the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service amount. All no shows will be charged 75% of the service amount. Cancellation fees will be charged with the card on file. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you or adjust your service, the same cancellation fee will be charged. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to inform clients of any availability and providing better services for each client and future clients.
